We are staffed 24 hours a day and offer individualized care programs to suit each resident’s needs. We also offer The Gardens, a six bedroom home-style unit that is designed to care for those with Alzheimer’s or dementia. We have a sister facility that provides full service skilled nursing care and has a CCDI Unit in town as well, QHC Winterset North, LLC.
Madison Square is located at 209 West Jefferson, Winterset IA 50273. Winterset is a city of 5000 residents and is well known for its covered bridges, including one in Winterset City Park. During the second full weekend in October the community celebrates with the Covered Bridge Festival that draws people from all over the world to see the beautiful wooden structures made famous by the book and film “The Bridges of Madison County”. Madison Square offers private one bedroom and two bedroom apartments. They are unfurnished so that residents can bring the comforts of home with them when they come. We offer personal assistance with daily routines such as dressing, bathing and medication management, as well as housekeeping and laundry assistance. We serve three meals daily in our dining room and have a large area for activities, family gatherings, or socializing.
