Our company was founded in 1977 under the name Quality Health Care Specialists, Corp. In 2011, Jerry and Nancy Voyna became the proud owners after 20+ years of service within the company home office. At that time Jerry and Nancy changed the name of the company to QHC Management, LLC and QHC Facilities, LLC, respectively. QHC Management oversees the operations of QHC Facilities and in total there are 10 facilities; eight skilled nursing homes and two assisted living facilities.
Jerry and Nancy are active owners, participating in the daily operations of the company with the assistance of five full time office staff to ensure that quality service is provided to our residents and employees. In addition to the home office staff our company employs Mark Walker, Operations Manager and Licensed Administrator, Lanett Powers, RN Nurse Consultant, and Mark Hidlebaugh, Corporate Environmental Director and Licensed Electrician. These three staff members travel throughout the state to our facilities to help them with state and federal compliance, employee and resident relations, and various building and resident environmental projects.
Throughout the state QHC employs around 700 dedicated people who care for an average of 500 residents. Jerry and Nancy have worked to build a strong and committed staff that is in this business for the right reasons-to ensure that the best care is given to each and every resident who calls our facilities home.
